“The hot included breakfast great. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Only complaints - the water pressure seemed low and the bathroom door didn’t lock. Nothing that ruined the trip. I often stay at Hyatt house when travelling and will continue.”

“We were a little concerned when we arrived, as another guest's vehicle had been vandalised - windshield smashed and glass everywhere. There were no further incidents during our stay. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful, although we were not given the ticket for our free breakfast which delayed us eating. It was resolved in a timely manner though. An old, historic hotel and beautiful views over the water.”

“We've stayed here many times previously without issue. We apparently were messaged about an hour to an hour and a half before check-in that the A/C was not working. Quickly checking Expedia, of course there were no rooms available at any Thunder Bay / Expedia properties (likely due to wildfire evacuations/general status of Thunder Bay accommodations/vacancy now). Quick search of the other hotel branded websites yielded the same result, nothing available anywhere. While checking in we...
